Licensed in Property & Casualty since 2008, Mandy has spent the last 7 years managing commercial insurance accounts, including 5 years focused exclusively on cannabis-related commercial insurance.

Her background includes 3 years of underwriting experience with Managing General Agents (MGAs), covering both cannabis commercial lines and personal lines. Mandy also has a decade of experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR), working closely with retail agents, and a total of 27 years in the insurance space.

Gillian Caballero is a dynamic, results-driven sales and business development professional with over 25 years of experience across multiple sectors, including insurance, cannabis, hospitality, and international trade. As a licensed California Property & Casualty Insurance Agent, she brings a strategic approach to risk management and client acquisition.

A classically trained chef, Gillian built her foundation in professional kitchens and hospitality operations before expanding into business development. She is a graduate of the Culinary Arts and Hospitality Program at City College of San Francisco, and her years working the line, managing front-of-house, and executing high-profile events give her a rare operator's perspective on the risks restaurants, bars, and hospitality groups actually face. This experience shapes how she approaches every hospitality account - from independent restaurants to multi-unit operators - ensuring coverage that reflects the realities of the business, not just the policy form.
